The "EasyPGX® ready MLH1" kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection, by Real-Time PCR and subsequent melt analysis, of the methylation status of 5 CpG sites located in the C region of MLH1 gene promoter (hg19 chr3: 37034770-37034797) in genomic DNA isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue.
