The in vitro diagnostic “EasyPGX® ready ESR1” kit is intended for the qualitative detection by Real Time PCR of 13 somatic mutations of the ESR1 gene in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) extracted from plasma, derived from whole blood in EDTA, or in genomic DNA isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue of breast cancer patients.
