The in vitro diagnostic “EasyPGX® ready THYROID” kit is intended for the qualitative detection by Real-Time PCR of HRAS, NRAS, KRAS and BRAF somatic mutations in the genomic DNA isolated from thyroid cytology specimens and fresh, frozen or formalin fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) thyroid tumor tissue.
