The in vitro diagnostic “EasyPGX® ready MSI” kit is intended for the determination of microsatellites instabiliy in genomic DNA samples isolated from tumor tissue (fresh, frozen or formalin fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE)) or from blood. The DNA is amplified by end-point PCR and then all targets are analyzed by denaturation and hybridization of specific probes.
