The in vitro diagnostic “EasyPGX® ready Lung Fast Track” kit is intended for the qualitative detection, by Real-Time PCR, of the main somatic mutations in the BRAF (codon 600), KRAS (codon 12) and EGFR (exons 19, 20, 21) in genomic DNA isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tumor tissue (FFPE) or circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) extracted from plasma, derived from whole blood in EDTA, of patients with non-cancer lung cancer small cell (Non-small Cell Lung Cancer; NSCLC).
