The in vitro diagnostic “EasyPGX® ready IDH1/2” kit is intended for the qualitative detection by Real-Time PCR of the principal IDH1/2 mutations in the genomic DNA isolated from tumor tissue (fresh, frozen or formalin fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE)) or from blood (periphreal or bone marrow blood).
