The in vitro diagnostic “EasyPGX® ready CBFB-MYH11 Fusion” kit is intended for the qualitative detection and discrimination by One Step Real-Time RT-PCR of CBFB-MYH11 fusion transcripts (type A, D, E), resulting from the inv(16)/t(16 16) rearrangement, in RNA samples isolated from bone marrow, peripheral blood and leukocyte suspensions (buffy coats).
